Notes
There is public river access access on Farms River Road, about 200 yards North on your left. Some vistors had floated/tubed from the low water bridge at Morgan Ford Road and exited at this public access point.
The Pond is for viewing only, no fish(ing).
Watch out for the box (land) turtle, Artie! He’s out there somewhere being….arty.
Access
Guests will have access to the entire property, except for locked-off owner’s closets and utility closet.

–Entry Codes
Front Door: You will be assigned a unique front door code prior to your check-in.
Front Gate: The gate code is 8-6-1-0. (Note: Please ensure the numbers are aligned at the TOP of the dial).
Party/Game Room KeyBox: The code is 8-6-1-0 (located on the ground level).
Tip: This room is not temperature-controlled, but it’s a great hangout spot—especially on rainy days! You’ll find some games and camping chairs inside for your use. Please return them when finished.
–Trash & Recycling
Separation Required: Trash must be separated before disposal.
Bin Locations: You will find the designated sorting bins located in the laundry room. Thank you for helping us keep things clean and eco-friendly!
–Hot Tub Rules
Shower First: You MUST shower before entering the hot tub.
No River Water: Please do not go directly from the river into the hot tub. The river water will cause rapid algae growth, which ruins the water for the rest of your stay and causes extra cleaning fees.
–Smoking Policy
Designated Areas Only: Absolutely no smoking inside the house or while in the hot tub.
Disposal: Please properly extinguish and dispose of all cigarette and cigar butts. Only you can prevent forest fires!
–Grilling Guidelines
Propane Grill: After cooking, please remember to turn off both the grill valves and the propane tank valve.
Charcoal Grill: This grill is located downstairs and must remain on the concrete or grass surfaces only.
Clean Up: Please thoroughly clean up the grills after use. Food residue and dirty grills quickly attract unwanted bugs and vermin!
Important Charcoal Safety: Please ensure all old coals are safely bagged before disposal. Do not place hot or warm coals into the trash bins; ensure they are completely cooled down first.
