We have no minimum contract length. The owner can submit a notice of termination with 30 days’ notice. The owner may still be liable for any unpaid onboarding costs.
Far Longing Getaways inspects and inventories all needed supplies and orders replacements as needed. These are billed to the owner at cost monthly.
