There are also trails and a private creek fed pond on the property for peaceful walks without going anywhere.
Notes
Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and sign & agree to our rental conditions.
We are dog-friendly, but we do require a $50 pet fee for the first two dogs. Any extra dogs need to be approved by the host.
Access
Guests will have access to the entire cabin besides locked off owner’s closet. Property access is shared with owners.
Transit
Guests will need their own vehicles to transit to and from the property.
Interaction
We are available for any guests questions or needs.
Neighbourhood
The property is located in a private neighborhood in the heart of Virginia horse and wine country! Please be respectful to our neighbors and stick to the 20 mph speed limit while in the neighborhood.
Space
The cabin is located on a large shared private residence. It has its own private entrance and driveway.
House Manual
We kindly ask you to read our house rules carefully and keep them in mind during your stay.
No parties or events are allowed.
No indoor smoking is allowed.
No unregistered guests are allowed.
Please turn the AC to 74 degrees in the summer and 68 degrees in the winter when you go out.
Please respect check-out time at 11 a.m. unless you have permission for a late checkout.
Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit.
Please replace any furniture you may have moved to its original position.
Please wash your dishes with soap or start the dishwasher with the provided tablets.
Please dispose of full trash bags in the shed on the gravel lot side of the cabin. Ensure that the shed door is fully closed and bolted to prevent bears from digging around in your trash.
No illegal substances are allowed on the premises.
Failure to adhere to any of these rules may result in your stay being canceled and your party being asked to leave the property without a refund.
